What is Le Goûter?
Le Goûter is Gourmandise's afternoon tea experience, inspired by the French ritual of afternoon indulgence. It features Petite Sweets, locally sourced charcuterie, and a selection of fine teas, designed for lingering conversations and slow afternoons.
What's included in a Le Goûter reservation?
Each reservation includes one tea stand per party with fresh strawberry chantilly, curated local charcuterie, an assortment of tea cookies, pâtisserie favorites, petite sweets and tarts, plus your choice of traditional tea with cream and sugar.
How much does Le Goûter cost?
Le Goûter is $39.90 per reservation.
How many people can be in a group?
Reservations can currently accommodate groups of 2–4 (larger group options coming soon).
What teas are available?
Guests can choose from white tea (Orange Spice), black tea (Earl Grey, Golden Chai, English Breakfast), green tea (Jasmine Green), and herbal options (Moroccan Mint, Hibiscus, Chamomile Lemon).
Can I make substitutions to the tea stand?
No, substitutions cannot be made to the tiered offerings due to the curated nature of the tea service.
Does Le Goûter contain common allergens?
Yes, tea stands contain items with gelatin, coconut, wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. Please let your server know of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
What add-ons are available?
Signature additions include snacks and apps (artichoke dip, crisped market vegetables, dessert flight, avocado toast, hummus plate, pommes frites), café beverages (lattes, drip coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate, matcha latte), and wines and cocktails (Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Rosé, Cava, mimosas, French 75 — selection varies by location). Guests can also add an additional tea stand for more tea snacks and savory bites.
Is alcohol available at all locations?
Wine is available at all Le Goûter locations. Cocktails, including the French 75, are available at Downtown Salt Lake City and Draper, with a more limited selection at American Fork.
Which locations offer Le Goûter?
Le Goûter is available at our Downtown Salt Lake City, Draper, and American Fork locations. It is not currently offered at our SLC International Airport location.
What are the reservation days and times?
Le Goûter is available Monday through Friday, with seating times at 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

Reservations can be made directly from the Le Goûter landing page on our website, where you'll find booking links for each location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled seating time are subject to a $25 charge.
